We are currently looking for expertise in the following areas: COURT REPORTERS: Seeking experienced court reporters with the ability to report depositions involving technical or sophisticated business, legal and scientific matters at a speed of not less than 200 wpm for assignments ranging from one hour up to a full day. Factors considered for employment include: excellent listening and communication skills, customer service attitude, the ability to scope/proofread work if necessary, flexibility with various types of assignments and schedules, PC/Internet savvy, and reliable transportation. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Responsible for the intake and data entry of all requests for service, educating our clients about services and products. Must be willing to travel to client locations. Ideal candidates must have good listening skills, a genuine desire to help our customers. Individual's will have excellent written communication skills have attention to detail, be computer literate, self-motivated. Candidates must be comfortable in a cooperative, casual, deadline driven, open office work environment. Current available schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. DOCUMENT PRODUCTION/TRANSCRIPT PROCESSOR: Ideal candidate should have a work history that has required attention to detail, thoroughness, use of organizational and computer skills. Candidates must be comfortable working in a deadline driven, production-oriented environment. Availability: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Must be available to work overtime after 8:00 p.m., possible weekends.
